Abstract

Il recettore per ACE2 e’ stato individuato come la punta d’ingresso del Covid 10 nell’uomo


Il sistema renina – angiotensina ha un ruolo cruciale nel danno cellulare dei distretti interessati.


In questa revisione mostriamo la prevalenza di malattia renale all’ammissione e lo sviluppo di una IR Acuta che si associano ad alta n mortalità e morbidità


La IRA e il rischio di morte sono più che raddoppiate passando da una  classe 1 a 3 AKI


Lo scopo è stato quindi di rivedere i recenti aggiornamenti si Covid 10 riguardanti il rene e la malattia renale nelle sue fasi e discutere dei trattamenti dialitici in questo campo.
